Yesterday, Mar. 31 the Golden State Warriors played the LA Clippers, and won! Could it be because their star players (the Splash Brothers – Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson) had matching fades? Maybe!

Even if that’s not the case, last night’s game was amazing. The Golden State Warriors were down by 17 points at one point in the game, but managed to pull through and beat the LA Clippers by 4 points, breaking the Clippers’ 7 game win-streak and maintaining their number one spot in the Western Conference.

Stephen Curry scored a total of 27 points with 4 rebounds. During the game, while Chris Paul was defending Stephen Curry, Curry slipped by with a ankle breaking crossover, causing Paul to slip up and let Curry take the shot:

Klay Thompson scored a total of 25 points with 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Blake Griffin, on the other hand, had a total of 40 points and 12 rebounds, while Chris Paul had 27 points and 9 assists, but they still couldn’t add up to the Warriors’ strong offense.

Now, I think the Splash Brothers’ matching fades might have been a good luck charm for the Warriors in their 6 point win against the Clippers.

Here’s a few shots of Stephen Curry’s fade:

Isn’t that so cute?! The Splash brothers got matching fades, and managed to break the Clippers’ 7 game win-streak all while maintaining the number one seed in the Western Conference for the playoffs.
